Sarj Gosal is a BC lawyer with over 33 years of experience specializing in WorkSafeBC claims and appeals. He was born and raised in Vancouver, BC and obtained a Bachelors in Political Science (May 1988) and a Law Degree (LLB, May 1992) from the University of British Columbia. He was called to the Bar in May 1993.
Mr. Gosal has successfully represented a large number of disabled workers (over 5,800) and has extensive experience dealing with WorkSafeBC claims and appeals.
Mr. Gosal has been qualified (and provided oral evidence) as an expert regarding workers’ compensation matters in the British Columbia Supreme Court.
